Upon request, the Unity Center of Northeast Ohio provides essential funeral and memorial, fatiha, and majlis services to help families honor and remember their loved ones and to help ease the difficult process of loss and grief.
Marriage and family are highly valued in Islam. The importance of family ties is emphasized in the Quran and through the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad.
Unity Center does not provide separate processing for Islamic divorce. There is no paperwork involved in the mosque. Talaq, initiated by the husband or the wife, must be pursued through the civil divorce process while following Islamic ethical guidelines.
